Do you travel?
Can I choose my menu? Do you cater for all allergies?
What is included in the price?
Do you cook with eggs and cheese?
No. My cooking is 100% vegan, and I do not use any shop-bought meat or dairy replacements. All my cooking is natural. If you are worried about your guests being apprehensive, don’t. I have fed hundreds of meat eaters at various retreats and festivals, and everyone always comments how full yet light they felt after a few days of a 100% plant-based diet. I am experienced in providing balanced, nourishing menus that satisfy even very picky eaters.
My philosophy is- we should all be able to live a few days without meat and dairy, try it and feel it in your body.
