A Dream Wedding at Hope Farm – How We Catered Without a Kitchen!

Weddings are magical, but behind the scenes, catering at a venue with no facilities requires expertise and preparation. When Sarah and Simon chose Hope Farm, they fell in love with its charm but worried about the lack of an on-site kitchen. That’s where I stepped in, turning a logistical challenge into a seamless, exciting, and delicious experience.

The Challenge: No Kitchen, No Problem!
With no refrigeration or cooking space on-site, I came fully prepared. The menu was designed to overcome those challenges, and with plenty of worktop space, we created a colourful, vibrant, and delicious feast. By carefully planning every detail, from transporting ingredients in temperature-controlled storage to setting up a temporary prep station, we ensured that the couple and their guests enjoyed a stress-free, memorable dining experience.

This is an add-on, as we’ve now had our wedding (originally we posted about the tasting)… and seriously, Magda and her team made it. The food all day was incredible, everyone said so — not just fantastic vegan food, fantastic food full stop! Magda was also a really special person to have with us. She gave so much love, care, and time, and was beyond a pleasure to work with. We feel utterly blessed to have found her. Wonderful soul and wonderful food. I cannot recommend her enough or thank her enough…

We only met Magda for our tasting, but after one mouthful we wanted to book her. Absolutely delicious food, presented beautifully, made with love and care. A full understanding of not just vegan food, but food. It felt nourishing and decadent — so satisfying but healthy. Magda has a strong passion for food and nourishment. All her food was absolutely amazing, but just as importantly, so was she. Magda is absolutely someone we want at our wedding. She’s professional, but very personable, with a fantastic ethos that matches how we try to approach things, and was a pleasure to spend time with. We can’t wait to have her celebrate with us. So happy we found her.
