It is as much about nourishing the soul as nourishing the body. Food heals, and when I cook for someone, I offer care and love, something that we so often forget to give to ourselves. My menus for your retreat are bespoke to reflect your schedule, activities and the nature of your event. Do you need help with ideas, worried about your guests’ preferences? Don’t. I’ve done it million times! Let me support you through the catering part. I can cater to any dietary requirements or special diets. During residential retreats, I offer cooking and service and maintain the kitchen so you can turn your full attention to your guests. Moreover, if you would like to incorporate some vegan cooking mini-workshops, I am always happy for participants to hang around the kitchen and watch me prepare the meals. Yes! I am based in the beautiful South West UK, Bournemouth. However, my culinary journeys extend far and wide across England, Wales, and Scotland. Additionally, I frequently venture abroad to cook at retreats in various European countries like Montenegro, Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy. Exploring the stunning English countryside is also a regular occurrence as I uncover hidden venues. With my passion for creating flavorful, seasonal and nourishing plant-based dishes, I am ready to elevate the dining experience at your yoga wellness retreat. Yes! All the menus are bespoke and designed for your special event. I ensure that food is aligned with the theme of your retreat and works well for your schedule. I can accommodate most of the food allergies and intolerances, so that all of your guests feel included.
Vegan Magda services are inclusive, which means you do not have to worry about cleaning the kitchen, serving the food, loading the dishwasher, or running out of cups for teas and coffees. I work around the clock in the kitchen to ensure you can concentrate on facilitating your retreat. So just imagine waking up at 6 am and having hot coffee waiting for you. Additionally, if your schedule allows, I can run vegan cooking workshops during your retreat!
No. My cooking is 100% vegan, and I do not use any shop-bought meat or dairy replacements. All my cooking is natural. If you are worried about your guests being apprehensive, don’t. I have fed hundreds of meat eaters at various retreats and festivals, and everyone always comments how full yet light they felt after a few days of a 100% plant-based diet. I am experienced in providing balanced, nourishing menus that satisfy even very picky eaters. My philosophy is- we should all be able to live a few days without meat and dairy, try it and feel it in your body.
