This venue has got more magic than you can ever imagine! Drive through single country lanes, rolling hills, and beautiful fields! Peace, quiet and an atmosphere of pure relaxation and chill. To get to the ceremony place, you must walk through beautiful, deep woodlands overgrown with moss paths. All you can hear are birds, insects and wind between the leaves. What a backdrop for your special day! And let me tell you about the food! It was a hot day in the middle of May, the wedding of Caroline and Adam. I created refreshing, abundant sharing platters celebrating seasonal produce. There were young leaves salad with mint oil, petit pois, pasta salads with grilled corn, homemade aioli, everyone’s favourite roasted potatoes with romesco dip, and so much more. The canape reception happened in the beautiful fields, and everyone loved the surprising flavours of smoked carrots and marinated artichokes. Evening food was perfect for the occasion, as it was so hot, cold buffet with a selection of flatbreads, sourdough and vegan chorizo delivered well!
