I love watching Masterchef. In fact, that is my cooking Uni, my learning, my obsession, my passion. And guess what- I am vegan, yet it doesn’t matter. Ok, I may turn my head away when they butcher a lamb or cut the fish’s head…But…
You’ll notice: meat and fish? Pretty straightforward.
Grilled. Pan-seared. Roasted.
But the magic? It’s in the sides — the sauces, the purées, the pickles, the veg.
